The Space
This lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa has been recently renovated and decorated in a modern, attractive style. Located in a quiet residential area just 800 meters from Burriana Beach — the main beach in Nerja — where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops, the villa offers a private pool, multiple terraces, and magnificent mountain views.
Built over two levels, private off-street parking leads (via approximately 20 steps) to the main entrance. The open-plan living and kitchen area is bright and spacious, thanks to its dual-aspect windows. The living room features air conditioning and access to a good-sized terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances. On this level, you’ll also find two single bedrooms, both with air conditioning, and a shower room.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with air conditioning, as well as two more shower rooms.
The private pool (7 x 3.5 m) is surrounded by spacious terraces perfect for enjoying the fantastic climate. The area is equipped with 8 sun loungers, a hammock, a table and chairs with parasols, and a brick barbecue. There’s also a dartboard, a trampoline, and games and toys available for family fun.
The villa includes a safe, international TV channels, and free fiber optic internet. It is located 2 km from the town center, 500 meters from the nearest supermarket, and 300 meters from a bus stop with regular service to town.

El espacio
Bonita villa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, recientemente reformada y decorada con un estilo atractivo y moderno. Situado en una tranquila zona residencial, a solo 800 metros de Playa Burriana, la playa principal de Nerja, donde encontrarás muchos bares, restaurantes y tiendas, y que cuenta con una piscina privada, varias terrazas y magníficas vistas a las montañas.
Construido en 2 niveles, aparcamiento privado fuera de la calle conduce (a través de aproximadamente 20 escalones) a la entrada principal, la sala de estar de planta abierta y la cocina es luminosa y espaciosa gracias a los ventanales de doble aspecto, la sala de estar cuenta con aire acondicionado y acceso a una terraza de buen tamaño. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades modernas y también en este nivel tienes 2 dormitorios individuales (ambos con aire acondicionado) y ducha.
En la planta superior encontrarás una habitación doble, una habitación con dos camas individuales (ambas con aire acondicionado) y 2 cuartos de ducha más.
La piscina privada de 7 x 3,5 m está rodeada de terrazas ideales para aprovechar al máximo nuestro fantástico clima y está equipada con 8 tumbonas, hamaca, mesa y sillas/parasoles y una barbacoa de ladrillo. También hay dardos y un trampolín, juegos y juguetes.
Caja fuerte. Para el televisor, hay varios canales internacionales. Internet gratuito a través de fibra óptica, a 2 km del centro, a 500 metros del supermercado más cercano y a 300 metros de una parada de autobús que cuenta con servicios regulares a la ciudad.
No se permite fumar dentro de la villa. Esta casa no es adecuada para personas que tienen dificultades para caminar.

Den ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde bara 800 meter från Burriana Beach, Nerjas huvudstrand, där du hittar gott om barer, restauranger och butiker. Villan erbjuder privat pool, flera terrasser och magnifik utsikt över bergen.
Villan är byggd i två plan. Privat parkering utanför gatan leder, via cirka 20 trappsteg, till huvudentrén. Det öppna vardagsrummet och köket är ljust och rymligt tack vare fönster åt två håll. Vardagsrummet har luftkonditionering och tillgång till en rymlig terrass.
Det fullt utrustade köket har alla moderna vitvaror. På denna nivå finns även två enkelrum, båda med luftkonditionering, samt ett duschrum.
På övervåningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med två enkelsängar, båda med luftkonditionering, samt ytterligare två duschrum.
Den privata poolen (7 x 3,5 m) omges av rymliga terrasser, perfekta för att njuta av det fantastiska klimatet. Området är utrustat med 8 solstolar, en hängmatta, bord och stolar med parasoller samt en murad grill. Det finns även darttavla, studsmatta samt spel och leksaker för familjen.
Villan har värdeskåp, internationella TV-kanaler och gratis fiberinternet. Den ligger 2 km från centrum, 500 meter från närmaste stormarknad och 300 meter från en busshållplats med regelbunden trafik till centrum.
Rökning är inte tillåten inne i villan.
