All 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite).
The rooftop features a private plunge pool surrounded by a spacious terrace with a sofa, table, and a large umbrella that creates a relaxed, shaded atmosphere — the perfect spot to enjoy magnificent sunsets.
Important Notes
Due to the central location of the house, noise must be kept to a minimum. Therefore, the property is not suitable for loud parties.
