The house has 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom and one guest toilet. The best part: its proximity to the beach and all amenities. No car is needed.
Relax by the communal pool in the urbanization or walk down to the beach, just a few minutes away. The living room has a terrace with access to the communal pool. The house is equipped with everything you need (kitchen, Wi-Fi, Apple TV and air conditioning) to enjoy your holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The house is divided over 3 floors, so you can always find a private corner somewhere. It has 3 terraces, so there is always a terrace with sun or shade.
Entrance hallway and, on the left, a well-equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster, manual filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
Past the kitchen, there is a guest toilet where the washing machine is located.
From the entrance hallway, you enter the living-dining room, furnished with a table and chairs, a sofa and a comfortable armchair, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. From the living room, there is access to a lovely terrace area with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. An awning can provide shade. The terrace has direct access to the communal pool area, which is open all year round.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. One has a 160 cm wide bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a small Juliet balcony.
The other bedroom, the main bedroom, is equipped with two beds of 90 cm wide each, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and also a small Juliet balcony.
On the third floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool and the community. On the same floor, there is another terrace with a sun lounger, table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains and Nerja.
This property is in an excellent location close to several beaches and near the town center.

La terraza tiene acceso directo a la zona de la piscina comunitaria, que está abierta todo el año.
En la primera planta hay dos dormitorios. Uno tiene una cama de 160 cm de ancho, armario empotrado, aire acondicionado y un pequeño balcón Juliette.
El otro dormitorio, el dormitorio principal, está equipado con dos camas de 90 cm de ancho cada una, un armario empotrado, aire acondicionado y también un pequeño balcón Juliette.
En la tercera planta hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, un armario, aire acondicionado y un balcón con 2 sillas con vistas a la piscina y la comunidad. En la misma planta hay otra terraza con una tumbona, mesa y sillas para disfrutar de las magníficas vistas a las montañas y Nerja.
