There are terraces on every level, with the lower floor featuring a large sun terrace surrounding the pool.
The villa is south-facing, enjoying sun all day long.
The interior is bright and spacious, with 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, distributed across three levels.
Street parking is available directly in front of the property.
Ground Floor
The entrance leads into a large open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The living area includes a Smart TV with full satellite channels and a music center with DVD and Bluetooth.
Outside, the patio offers beautiful views of the valley and sea, a built-in barbecue, and seating for 8 people.
A set of steps leads down to the pool area.
Upper Floor
This level includes 2 full-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).

The modern kitchen area is very well equipped.
Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool and terrace, where you’ll find a kidney-shaped pool (approx. 7 x 4 meters at its widest point).
The entire exterior has been recently renovated and tiled, and includes sun loungers, a large table with umbrella, outdoor dining chairs, and an excellent kettle-style barbecue.
Location
The villa is located in eastern Nerja, just 800 meters above Burriana Beach, which is known for its many bars and restaurants.
There are two large supermarkets less than 500 meters away, and the local bus stop is just 200 meters from the house.

Una encantadora villa en una zona residencial tranquila con piscina privada y magníficas vistas al mar Mediterráneo. Está totalmente climatizada y tiene internet de fibra óptica de alta velocidad. La villa ha sido completamente redecorada y tiene una nueva cocina equipada, mientras que el nivel inferior fue completamente renovado en invierno de 2018. Cuenta con terrazas en todos los pisos y, en particular, el nivel inferior tiene una amplia terraza alrededor de la piscina. Está orientada al sur y recibe sol todo el día.
El espacio
La villa es luminosa y espaciosa y tiene dos cocinas, 4 dormitorios y 3 baños y se distribuye en tres niveles. Hay aparcamiento disponible delante de la propiedad en la calle exterior.

Finalmente, el nivel inferior consta de 2 dormitorios, un baño y cocina. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama doble que se puede dividir en 2 individuales y el otro tiene un sofá cama grande y cómodo, pero también se puede utilizar como una segunda sala de estar y tiene un reproductor de DVD conectado a un televisor. La moderna zona de cocina está muy bien equipada. El acceso a la piscina y terraza es directamente desde cualquiera de los dormitorios con la piscina en forma de riñón que mide aproximadamente 7 metros por 4 metros (en su punto más ancho). La zona exterior ha sido completamente remodelada y revestida de baldosas y cuenta con tumbonas, una mesa (con sombrilla grande) y sillas para comer al aire libre y una excelente barbacoa de hervidor.
La villa está situada en el este de Nerja, a 800 metros sobre la playa de Burianna, con sus numerosos bares y restaurantes. Hay dos grandes supermercados a menos de 500 metros y el servicio de autobús local tiene una parada a menos de 200 metros.
