From the entrance hall, you’ll find a stylish living and dining room that opens onto an interior patio and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, as well as a guest toilet.
All 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite).
The rooftop features a private plunge pool surrounded by a spacious terrace with a sofa, table, and a large umbrella that creates a relaxed, shaded atmosphere — the perfect spot to enjoy magnificent sunsets.
Important Notes
Due to the central location of the house, noise must be kept to a minimum. Therefore, the property is not suitable for loud parties.

La propiedad fue construida con estándares muy altos y ofrece una combinación de estilo andaluz contemporáneo y tradicional.
El espacio
Desde el hall de entrada encontrará una sala de estar y un comedor muy elegantes que conducen a un patio interior y a una cocina moderna (horno, microondas, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas y frigorífico-congelador), así como a un armario. de baños.
Las 5 habitaciones se encuentran en el primer piso, así como los 3 cuartos de baño (2 de ellos en suite). La piscina se ha construido en la azotea rodeada por una amplia terraza con sofá, mesa y sombreada por una sombrilla, todo creando un ambiente relajada con magníficas puestas de sol.
Dada la ubicación de esta casa, el ruido debe reducirse al mínimo y, por lo tanto, no sería adecuado para organizar fiestas ruidosas.
