The Space
Beautiful villa located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short walk from Burriana Beach and the center of Nerja. The home is laid out across two floors and features terraces on three levels: the entrance level with the pool and garden, the second level with the three bedrooms, and a rooftop terrace on the third floor.
There is free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber internet), and free street parking is available. Excellent grocery shops are located just a few blocks away.
On the entry level, you’ll find a spacious living room with a dining table for six, air conditioning, comfortable sofas, a TV with Chromecast, and a traditional fireplace. This floor also includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators.
There are three separate entrances to this floor: the main entrance, the garden terrace entrance, and one from the pool area. A guest toilet is also available on this level.
The pool area includes an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a breakfast table with four chairs. The garden terrace, paved with natural stone, features a dining table for six and a barbecue. It’s a peaceful, cool retreat during the summer, surrounded by trees, plants, and flowers.
The second floor hosts the three bedrooms, each with access to a large shared terrace. All bedrooms include wardrobes, ceiling fans, and air conditioning (hot and cold).
There are two full bathrooms on this floor, both with a toilet and shower — one of them also includes a washing machine and dryer.
From the second-floor terrace, you can enjoy a quiet coffee with a good book, admire the sea and mountain views, or simply relax in the shade of lemon trees.
The third floor is a rooftop terrace with a large lounge area and breathtaking 360° views of the sea, the town, and the surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot for a sunset drink — or an early morning sunrise.

The villa is completely private and for guest use only.
Other Things to Note
A gardener named Antonio visits twice a week to maintain the plants, clean the terraces, and care for the pool.

El espacio
Hermosa villa situada en una tranquila calle sin salida a poca distancia a pie de la playa de Burriana, así como al centro del pueblo de Nerja. La casa tiene habitaciones en dos niveles y terrazas en tres; el nivel de entrada con la piscina y el jardín, el segundo nivel con los tres dormitorios y el tercer nivel que es una terraza en la azotea completa. Hay wifi de alta velocidad gratuito (internet a través de fibra) y el aparcamiento es gratuito en la calle. Hay buenas tiendas de comida a solo unas calles de distancia. En la planta de entrada se encuentra el amplio salón con mesa de comedor para seis personas, aire acondicionado, sofás, TV con Chrome-cast y una chimenea tradicional. En esta planta también se encuentra la cocina moderna y totalmente equipada, incluidas dos neveras. Hay tres entradas a esta planta: la entrada principal, la entrada de la terraza del jardín y desde el área de la piscina. La planta de entrada tiene un inodoro para huéspedes. El área de la piscina tiene un ducha al aire libre, tumbonas y una mesa de desayuno de cuatro sillas. La terraza del jardín, pavimentada con rocas, tiene una mesa de comedor para seis personas y una barbacoa. Este es un lugar tranquilo, fresco y refrescante en el calor del verano con árboles, plantas y flores. En la segunda planta se encuentran los tres dormitorios, cada uno con salida a una gran terraza. Los tres dormitorios cuentan con armario, ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado (frío/calor). Hay dos baños en el segundo piso. Tanto con WC como ducha, una con lavadora y secadora. En la terraza de la segunda planta puedes descansar en una de las cómodas sillas con un libro disfrutando de un café por la mañana, ver el mar y las montañas o simplemente sentarte y oler las flores de los limoneros. La tercera planta es una terraza en la azotea con un gran salón y una hermosa vista de 360 ° al mar, al pueblo y a las montañas. Es el lugar perfecto para tomar una copa al atardecer e igualmente para una mañana al amanecer.

Hay un jardinero, se llama Antonio, que viene dos veces a la semana para mantener las plantas, limpiar las terrazas y la piscina.
