From the living room, you can access the terrace with a private pool and built-in barbecue. The terraces are equipped with awnings for shade, and there is also a rooftop terrace.
The property has a private garage with space for one car, and an additional parking space is available next to the house.

La sala de estar es espaciosa e incluye un sofá grande y cómodo, una chimenea, WI-FI gratuito y un Smart TV. La casa está totalmente climatizada (aire frío y caliente) La casa tiene 3 dormitorios: El dormitorio principal tiene baño en suite (bañera y ducha) El segundo dormitorio tiene una litera. Desde estos dos dormitorios hay un acceso directo a una terraza pequeña con vistas al mar. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Hay un segundo baño arriba con ducha y WC y hay un tercer baño separado con lavadora y secadora en la planta baja. Desde el salón se accede a la terraza donde se encuentra la barbacoa y la agradable piscina privada. Las terrazas están equipadas con toldos para dar sombra. También hay una terraza en el techo. Hay un garaje privado con espacio para un coche. Otro coche se puede aparcar al lado de la casa. La casa se encuentra en una urbanización privada.
