Located on the eastern side of Nerja, the villa is within walking distance of the town and just 700 meters above the popular Burriana Beach with its wide range of bars and restaurants. There are additional dining options nearby, as well as two large supermarkets within 500 meters. The local bus service has a stop less than 200 meters away.
With beautiful views of the mountains, the private pool offers a refreshing oasis — perfect for the whole family! The surrounding terrace area features ten sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

The villa is spread over three levels. On the entrance level, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, and a large fridge-freezer. The formal dining area seats 10 people and opens onto an outdoor patio with an additional dining space, also for 10 guests.
The upper floor is dedicated to the master suite with air conditioning, an en-suite shower room, and a large private terrace.
On the lower level of the main living area, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, two of which have en-suite showers and direct access to the poolside terrace.

A solo 700 metros sobre la playa principal, Burriana con sus numerosos bares y restaurantes. Además, hay algunos restaurantes cerca y dos grandes supermercados a menos de 500 metros y el servicio local de autobuses tiene una parada a menos de 200 metros.
Con una hermosa vista de las montañas, la piscina privada ofrece un oasis para refrescarse, ¡ideal para toda la familia! Mientras que la zona de terrazas circundante presenta diez tumbonas para tomar el sol. Tamaño de la piscina privada: 9 por 4 metros y profundidad de un metro.
Dentro del alojamiento se distribuye en tres plantas, y en el nivel de entrada encontrará una espaciosa sala de estar de planta abierta que incluye una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, horno y vitrocerámica, microondas y nevera-congelador grande. El comedor formal tiene capacidad para 10 personas y conduce a un patio al aire libre con otro comedor, nuevamente para 10 personas.
Arriba está dedicado a la suite principal con aire acondicionado, un baño con ducha y una gran terraza privada.
En la planta baja de la sala de estar principal encontrará otros 4 dormitorios, 2 con ducha en suite y ambos con puertas que dan a la terraza que da a la piscina.
En resumen, esta propiedad es lujosa, muy espaciosa y está muy bien situada.
