Ideal for families or groups of friends. Free street parking is available. From the property, there is access to a park that takes you almost all the way to the beach.
The Space
Set on its own gated plot, this generous 230 m², 3-storey villa is well equipped and fully furnished. The upper part of the villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace.
The middle level of the house includes an entrance, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with sliding doors to the terrace. Outdoor dining on this terrace is ideal, with a table and 10 chairs.
On the lower level of the villa, there is a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom, plus the second living room with sliding doors opening onto the pool.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the villa.

Sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, sliding doors opening onto the south-facing terrace, and air conditioning.
Living Room 2:
Two sofas, coffee table, TV and direct access to the pool.

Pool Area:
The rectangular private pool (8 x 4 m) has stepped entry, 6 sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool, you will find the barbecue, an outdoor shower, the sun loungers and the second living room. The south-facing pool area enjoys sunshine almost all day and is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe.
Other Things to Note
The house is located in a residential area where many neighbors live year-round. For this reason, we do not accept bookings from groups under 21 years old, and we do not accept bachelor or bachelorette parties. This home is not suitable for parties or events. Noise must be limited between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
The house is located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. There is another access point from another quiet street with very little traffic.
If you need to rent several houses, this villa is located just a 2-minute walk from two other villas I rent. One house has 4 bedrooms (maximum 8 guests), and the other has 5 bedrooms (maximum 12 guests), both with private pools.

La casa se encuentra en la solicitada urbanización de Pueblo Antequera, rodeada de villas independientes, a poca distancia del supermercado Mercadona y varios restaurantes.
Ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. Hay estacionamiento gratis en la calle. Desde la propiedad hay acceso a un parque que os lleva casi hasta la playa.
El espacio
Ubicada en su propio terreno cerrado, esta generosa villa de 230 m² y 3 plantas está bien equipada y completamente amueblada. La parte superior de la villa ofrece cuatro dormitorios con aire acondicionado y tres cuartos de baño. Dos de los dormitorios tienen acceso a una terraza.
La parte media de la casa incluye una entrada, un baño, una cocina y un salón/comedor con puertas correderas a la terraza. Comer al aire libre en esta terraza es ideal, con una mesa y 10 sillas.
En la parte baja de la villa hay un amplio dormitorio con aire acondicionado y su propio cuarto de baño, además del segundo salón con puertas corredizas que dan a la piscina.

Área de piscina:
La piscina privada rectangular (8 x 4 m) tiene entrada escalonada, 6 tumbonas y sombrillas. Al lado de la piscina están la barbacoa, una ducha exterior, las tumbonas y el segundo salón. La orientación sur de la piscina garantiza sol casi todo el día y es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y tomar el sol.
Otros aspectos destacables
La casa se encuentra en una zona residencial con muchos vecinos que viven aquí todo el año. Por este motivo no aceptaremos reservas de grupos menores de 21 años y no aceptamos despedidas de soltero/a. Esta casa no está adaptada para fiestas ni eventos. Se debe limitar el ruido entre las 23:00 y las 09:00 horas.
La casa está ubicada en una calle sin salida con apenas tráfico. Hay otro acceso por otra calle también con muy poco tráfico.
Si necesita alquilar varias casas, esta villa se encuentra a 2 minutos andando de otras dos villas que alquilo. Una casa tiene 4 dormitorios (máx. 8 personas) y la otra 5 dormitorios (máx. 12 personas), ambas con piscina privada.

På en egen inhägnad tomt ligger denna generösa villa på 230 m² i 3 våningar, välutrustad och fullt möblerad. Den övre delen av villan har fyra luftkonditionerade sovrum och tre badrum. Två av sovrummen har tillgång till en terrass.
Mellanplanet har entré, badrum, kök och vardagsrum/matplats med skjutdörrar till terrassen. Att äta utomhus på denna terrass är idealiskt, med ett bord och 10 stolar.
På den nedre nivån av villan finns ett rymligt luftkonditionerat sovrum med eget badrum samt det andra vardagsrummet med skjutdörrar som öppnar mot poolen.
Snabbt Wi-Fi ingår i hela villan.

Övrigt att notera
Huset ligger i ett bostadsområde där många grannar bor året runt. Därför accepterar vi inte bokningar från grupper under 21 år och inte heller svensexor eller möhippor. Detta hem är inte lämpligt för fester eller evenemang. Buller måste begränsas mellan 23:00 och 09:00.
Huset ligger på en återvändsgata med mycket lite trafik. Det finns även en annan infart från en annan lugn gata med mycket lite trafik.
Om du behöver hyra flera hus ligger denna villa bara 2 minuters promenad från två andra villor som jag hyr ut. Ett hus har 4 sovrum (max 8 gäster) och det andra har 5 sovrum (max 12 gäster), båda med privat pool.
